Grad Transitions

Graduation Tranistions (GT) is a BC Ministry of Education requirement for graduation.  Students receive 4 credits toward graduation upon successful completion of all aspects of the program.  Students are requried to work independently to complete any assignments that are remaining on their checklist.

Three main aspects are addressed in the program:

     1.  Personal Health

     2.  Community Connections

     3.  Career and Life

*NOTE:  All required forms can be downloaded from the links below.  It is the responsibility of all students to ensure they have completed all components of the GT, and that they have provided proof of completion to their sponsor teachers.  GT is a ministry requirement, and students will NOT graduate if they do not complete this program.
