May 1               PT Conferences 2pm to 4pm and 5pm to 7pm

Reminder: McNair PAC – Dry Grad

We are only 2 months away from our students Prom and Dry Grad event,

To make this event a success, we are asking for your help with time, money, or both. 

 In addition to our FUNDRAISING events below, we are sending out this request for CASH donations.  If you can, please consider making a donation by

• School Cash Online – When you sign in click “Make a Donation” (top right) SchoolCashOnline.com: Welcome
• Richmond District Website – scroll to the bottom of the website and select “Donate”.  A Donor can pay by credit card and a tax receipt is given immediately Donations | School District No. 38 (Richmond) (sd38.bc.ca)

This event is all done by VOLUNTEER work,  and currently there are only 5 people organizing this event, we need your help to make this happen.  There is a lot to do on June 12th and 13th.  Please sign up for a shift on the Volunteer link below.

Fundraising events on now:

**Important information for the day of the event – Friday June 13/2025

 There will be a Red-Carpet event at the school before the kids get on the bus to the Richmond Golf & Country Club.

• 4:00PM  Red Carpet Starts -the students have an opportunity to walk the red carpet and have their photo taken.
• 5:45pm  Students need to get on the bus to the RG&CC
• 11:00pm Students will be bused back to the School and the Dry Grad event starts
• 4:00am   Dry Grad event ends and parents need to pick up their kids from the school, we will have a sign out sheet for each student.
